Motor Home reservations require a pre-paid fee of $450.00. Balance of rental fees and a
damage deposit of $450.00 are required when the unit is picked up.
Your damage deposit could be forfeited in whole or in part for loss of equipment, interior or
exterior damage, interior and exterior cleaning, additional mileage, refueling or gasoline and
propane, generator use, sales tax due and holding tank dumping.
Please allow a minimum of one hour to do the paperwork and RV orientation.

- Renters are required to be 25 years of age or older
- All drivers are required to be 25 years of age or older
- All renters and drivers must hold a valid drivers license
- Proof of insurance is required
- Renter is required to have a major credit card. Visa, MasterCard, or Discover
- PICK UP TIME is between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM, earlier if vehicle is ready
- RETURN TIME is no later than 11:00 AM. Late returns are subject to a $200.00 late
charge. - NO Smoking and NO Pets
- Gasoline and propane tanks are full when the unit is picked up and must be returned full
- Mileage: 100 free miles per day. Each additional mile is .23 cents per mile
- Generator usage: 4 hours free per day. Each additional hour is $2.00 per hour
- Additional charges will apply for: Additional mileage, generator usage,
refueling for gasoline, propane, or emptying the holding tank.
| Cancellations made prior to 30 days of rental are subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee. If cancellation is made within 30 days of rental, all prepaid rental will be forfeited. |
